The submission of planning applications with planning justifications;

Objections to planning applications and presenting those objections at all stages in the planning process, including at appeal;

Appeals against the refusals of planning permissions and the issue of Enforcement Notices including in writing, by Hearing and by Public Enquiry;

Submissions to Local Authorities through the development document process, including appearance at Local Plan Inquiries, seeking to promote clients' best interests in the development plan system;

Section 106 Agreements;

Certificates of Lawful Use, showing the land or buildings are immune from enforcement;

Compulsory Purchase, including proof of planning value;

Rights of Way and Access;

Relief from Agricultural Conditions.

Agriculture and estates needs – including farm dwellings;

Diversification; including retail, leisure and rural industry;

Public Sector;

Heritage.
